Cyber Safety for Kids and Seniors

The Internet is a powerful and important tool these days, but it can also be a dangerous neighborhood for young people. From cyber-predators to social media posts that can come back to haunt them later in life, the hazards can be frightening. But fear not, we will help you understand social media apps and keep you safe and secure while using them.

The FBI Norfolk CAAA has developed a program to discuss online and internet safety with Seniors to help them avoid being defrauded or susceptible to identity theft.  We also work with the local FBI office to provide training to children and their parents about online safety. If you feel your community would benefit from one of these types of trainings, please contact us through the “Contact Us” page on this website.  Classes of 20 or more can be accommodated.

FBI Norfolk CAAA is a nonprofit organization separate and apart from the FBI
