New Appointees to FBI Norfolk CAAA Board of Directors

We are pleased to announce the election of three members to the FBI Norfolk Citizens Academy Alumni Association Board of Directors.

A 2025 graduate of the FBI Norfolk Citizens Academy program, Kathryn "Kathi" Markham, a 2025 graduate of the FBI Norfolk Citizens Academy program, works in the Risk Management Department for Chesapeake Public Schools. Additionally, she has more than 20 years of volunteer leadership with the Chesapeake 4-H Livestock Club and has also served as a youth leader in her church. 

Chris Ambrosio is a business attorney with Woods Rogers Vandeventer Black PLC. With nearly 30 years of experience advising businesses and nonprofit organizations on legal matters, governance, and strategic planning, he brings valuable expertise to the Board. Chris is a 2026 graduate of the FBI Norfolk Citizens Academy class.

Michelle Marino, also a graduate of the 2026 FBI Citizens Academy program, is a retired educator who brings volunteer leadership experience through her service with the Virginia Beach Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association, where she served as President for more than two years. She also held leadership roles with the PTA and Girl Scouts.
